سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
بعد إتمام الطلب والدفع، يقوم فريقنا بتجهيز الطلب خلال ساعات قليلة، ثم نزوّدكم ببوليصة الشحن ورقم التتبع الخاص بالشحنة.
يستغرق التوصيل عادة من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل، ويختلف حسب الدولة، وقد يزيد قليلاً أحياناً.
يُعرض سعر الشحن أثناء إتمام الطلب (checkout) ويعتمد على دولة الوجهة والوزن الإجمالي للطرد.

الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب في بلد الوجهة، إن وُجدت، هي مسؤولية العميل.
في حال طلب العميل أوانٍ زجاجية، فإنه يتحمّل الزيادة في رسوم الشحن، ولا تتحمّل خيرات الجنتين تبعات انكسار العبوة ولا تقدّم أي تعويض عنها.

After the order is placed and paid for, our team prepares it within a few hours, then sends you the shipping waybill and tracking number.

Customs duties and taxes in the destination country, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
If the customer orders glass jars, they bear the extra shipping fee, and Khairat Al-Jannatain does not bear the consequences of jar breakage and does not offer any compensation for it.
