سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع
- يمكن إلغاء الطلب مجاناً قبل تجهيزه وشحنه.
- لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد شحنه وإرسال رقم التتبع إلى العميل.
- يُسمح بإرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة.
- يتحمّل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع.
- سيتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 5 أيام عمل.
