عسل حار ينتجه النحل من رحيق صبار الصال في جبال إب وتعز وسط اليمن. عند تناول ملعقة من هذا العسل، يعطي حرورة في الحلق تستمر من ساعة ونصف إلى ساعتين، لذلك لا يُعطى للأطفال ولا للنساء الحوامل إلا إذا تم تخفيفه بعسل آخر.

Therefore, it should not be given to children or pregnant women unless diluted with other honey.
