Delivery Policy and Method:

– After the customer places an order for one of our products and pays for the product and shipping cost, our team will contact them to prepare their order within a few hours.

. A representative from Khairat Al-Jannatayn will notify the customer that their order is ready for shipping.

. The customer will be provided with the shipping policy and the tracking number for the shipment.

. If the customer orders glassware, they will bear the additional shipping costs, and Khairat Al-Jannatayn is not responsible for any breakage of the package and does not offer any compensation.
